Our company
Airone was founded in 1995 as a mechanical workshop. Over the years, it gradually established itself as a leading partner for the design and construction of industrial machinery. Over time, we expanded our expertise by introducing a division dedicated to PTFE non-stick coatings and other specialty technologies, which today, along with mechanical engineering, represents one of the main pillars of our production.
The ability to combine these two souls allows our team to offer comprehensive and integrated solutions, meeting the needs of diverse industries such as cookware, automotive, ceramics, food, and household appliances. Furthermore, we are able to provide consulting and support to both the Italian and international markets, with a particular focus on the constant growth and diversification of the sectors we serve.

Foundation
Airone was founded in Fiorano Modenese as a mechanical workshop, specializing in the maintenance and design of machinery for the ceramic and manufacturing sectors.
Cookware Expansion
The company expands its activities by starting the design and maintenance of machines dedicated to cookware and professional kitchen utensils.
Non-stick coatings
With the first production of industrial coatings, Airone laid the foundations for a new division that would become an integral and strategic part of the company's business.
First Coating Line
The first in-house painting line is designed and built, marking the concrete start of PTFE processing and non-stick coatings on metal.
Patent for our Coating System
The first patent for a cookware coating system is filed, consolidating the company's commitment to technological research and development.
New Headquarters and Robotics
The company moves to Solignano di Castelvetro (MO) and introduces the use of anthropomorphic robots to make internal production processes more efficient.
Industry 4.0 Integration
The first muffled roller furnace integrated with Industry 4.0 software is born, symbolizing Airone's desire to innovate and digitize production cycles.
Sandblasting innovation
The rotating satellite sandblaster is developed, a machine capable of ensuring uniform treatment even on complex and particularly delicate pieces.
CTM Acquisition
CTM, a historic company with forty years of experience in brick palletization, is acquired, thus expanding the skills and services offered.
New Coating Line
Installation of a new, state-of-the-art painting line, designed to increase productivity, energy efficiency, and the quality of the coatings applied.
Patent for Feeding System
A patent is filed for a new automatic feeder, strengthening Airone's role as a benchmark for technological innovation in the sector.
