The modular structure allows for the integration of customized feeding and handling systems – such as belts, roller conveyors, automatic loaders and unloaders – thus ensuring a continuous and safe workflow.
System management is handled via PC-based software, allowing for precise control over temperatures, curing profiles, and presets, ensuring uniformity and traceability of production cycles, both on-site and remotely.

Cookware ovens
Designed for the specific needs of the cookware sector, Airone pan ovens represent the ideal solution for drying and curing non-stick coatings applied to professional cookware and kitchen utensils. Infrared dryers and passivators
Infrared machines perform essential industrial drying and passivation functions, which are critical prior to final curing to prevent defects and ensure maximum uniformity. We desing and manufacture various solutions, including custom ones, whic can be gas-fired (with radiant or catalytic burners) or electric, thus offering flexibility and adaptability to different production contexts.

Gas IR Burners
Built with high-quality materials and reliable gas-fired infrared (IR) burners represent an advanced solution for rapid and uniform heating, integrating into ovens, dryers, and passivators. Designed and manufactured in-house, they are available in threen main variants, each designed for specific thermal needs:
- IR Radiant Gas Burners: these combine infrared radiation with convection, providing excellent heat distribution and high energy efficiency;
- IR Catalytic Gas Burners: ideal for constant, controlled heating, suitable for delicate processes and ATEX-certified environments;
- open flame gas burners: based on convection heating, perfect when direct and immediate heat input is required.
